HOW TO WASH A CAR BY HAND?
Drive your car under a shade, away from direct sunlight, roll-up all the windows and pull the wipers away from windshield.
Get all the cleaning materials you need for washing your car. This includes: 2 buckets, 2 microfiber clothes, car wash shampoo, brush and a hose with water supply.
Assemble the forces
Fill the 2 buckets with plain water and add car wash shampoo as per the manufacturer instructions to one of them. The bucket with plain water will be used for rinsing.
Fill the buckets
Spray the stream of water to loosen all the dirt particles on the car's surface and ensure to do this process in a downward manner starting from the top.
Use a water hose
Soak a microfiber cloth in the bucket with car wash shampoo and start washing your car from the top and try to avoid circular motions.
Let's shampoo it!
While you're shampooing the car, your microfiber cloth can become dirty and this is where we need our bucket with plain water. Rinse of all the dirt frequently.
Don't forget to rinse
Using a plastic brush, clean the tyre sidewalls and rims. Ensure to use a brush with softer bristles if your rims are wrapped/coated to avoid scratches on them.
Brush off the tires
During the entire car washing process, don't leave the shampoo or water to dry as they might lead to water spots. Use a hose with plain water to keep your car wet.
Keep it wet always
Using a clean microfiber cloth, gently wipe off the water from the car's surface. If possible use a seperate cloth for windshield, headlamps and glasses.
Dry wipe the car
